Jennifer is passionate and enthusiastic about teaching kindergarten. She has been teaching kindergarten since 2005. She enjoys building relationships with her students and their families. Jennifer is conscientious and works diligently to provide a fun learning community where students welcome challenges and experience growth in all areas of their life. Helping her students succeed and overcome their challenges to become the best they can be is invaluable!

Jennifer is inherently curious about the teaching and learning process and as a result, she continuously engages in professional development through training and workshops. Her approach to looking at the child as a whole person has shaped her teaching practice. She believes social, emotional, academic and cognitive learning occurs naturally when children make connections through relationships. For this reason, Jennifer is committed to building a positive classroom community where everyone feels safe, respected and valued so that learning can take place.
